Conference Meals
Each fall during conferences, family volunteers sign up to bring meals for the staff to enjoy before their long evenings. We bring the meals potluck-style, with each person bringing a different element to the meal. We also volunteer time for set up and clean up.
This year, family volunteers will bring meals for the staff on Wednesday, Nov. 13 and Thursday, Nov. 14.
All food & supplies must be brought to school by 1:30 on each day. If you are able to help set up, the shift is 1:00-2:15 and the shift for clean up is 5:45-6:00. We especially need volunteers to set up and clean up on Thursday!
